Would give zero stars if possible. Tried to cancel reservation after the 6.4 earthquake. Spoke with reps at Ferndale Police and Humboldt County Sheriff who recommended against coming into town. Reportedly water and power is "iffy." Mixed reports on whether any stores or restaurants are open, which is totally understandable. Brenda refused to cancel reservation that was for 3 days after major earthquake. What's ironic is that *if* she had been at all hospitable, we would have rebooked with them for the summer. Buyer beware.
