i have used this electrical service several times and they have always been responsive, reliable, and committed to getting the job done right. We had an ongoing issue with a breaker tripping off at random, and leo and everett came back more than once to test the circuit, check the wiring, and trace the fault carefully. Everett and Leo came out for my yearly electrical service check with Francis Brothers Electric and were professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. They clearly explained why a few breakers needed to be replaced, walked me through the safety concerns, and answered my questions in simple terms. They quickly got the right parts, completed the breaker replacement efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Great service and a smooth experience.

Fantastic response time. They came out within 24 hours to give me a cost estimate for electrical work related to my AC system and were able to begin the job just a few days later.
