Working with Francis & Associates was the greatest experience of professionalism and results not to mention timing and attentiveness I’ve experienced. I got to work directly with the owner Dwayne and his confidence was apparent right from our first conversation. If you want the best service I would recommend only Francis & Associates.
I called to inquire about their services and I spoke with Dwayne. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain my options. Dwayne clearly has extensive knowledge in his field and made valuable recommendations. He is personable and professional. I highly recommend.
If there was an option to give no stars I would give them 0 stars! It was so unprofessional throughout my matter. Ultimately, francis stabbed me in the back by compromising the confidentiality of my case. I trusted him and at the end I had to go to their regulatory board to get my property and money back. My apartment and car were broken into shortly after and I believe he was a part of that. He kept asking where I lived which I never told him, and I caught him following me.
Dwayne Francis is a man of good character that I trust above any other. Francis and associates is without a doubt the private investigator to handle our needs with privacy and professionalism.
