If there was an option to give no stars I would give them 0 stars! It was so unprofessional throughout my matter. Ultimately, francis stabbed me in the back by compromising the confidentiality of my case. I trusted him and at the end I had to go to their regulatory board to get my property and money back. My apartment and car were broken into shortly after and I believe he was a part of that. He kept asking where I lived which I never told him, and I caught him following me.
