Wow these guys are good. We had another company out who just walked around the house and said there were no issues. Not Francis Animal Control! Jaysen got down and really looked. He found where the animals were burrowing into mulch around the house and then getting in through tiny holes. He plugged them up right away. I will never use any other company for pest problems!

At first they responded quickly and promptly. They seemed to know what they were talking about and were eager to fix our issue. I had someone come out last Wednesday and they could not figure out what was going on and why the pests were not eating the bait. They said they were going to talk to their boss and get back to me. It has now been multiple days with no solution and no communication.

I have never had a problem with Francis coming out. He is very kind gentle and efficient, but the accountant is a problem. I have to verify my checks all the time they’re telling me I am past due, I have to get copies of checks they received to prove I made a payment. I have to cancel my account with them because it’s such a hassle. They never accordingly receive my check until I verify, they do not answer calls or texts either. Sad to leave but they need change their bookkeeping

Francis Pest Control has helped me with various pest control needs over the years. I highly recommend Sean and his staff. They are all pleasant to deal with, knowledgable, and get the job done at a reasonable price.
