At first they responded quickly and promptly. They seemed to know what they were talking about and were eager to fix our issue. I had someone come out last Wednesday and they could not figure out what was going on and why the pests were not eating the bait. They said they were going to talk to their boss and get back to me. It has now been multiple days with no solution and no communication.

I have never had a problem with Francis coming out. He is very kind gentle and efficient, but the accountant is a problem. I have to verify my checks all the time they’re telling me I am past due, I have to get copies of checks they received to prove I made a payment. I have to cancel my account with them because it’s such a hassle. They never accordingly receive my check until I verify, they do not answer calls or texts either. Sad to leave but they need change their bookkeeping

Francis Pest Control has helped me with various pest control needs over the years. I highly recommend Sean and his staff. They are all pleasant to deal with, knowledgable, and get the job done at a reasonable price.

I have a few properties so I've had to use them a few times. They've taken care of bats in an attic as well as fleas in one of my rentals, etc. Service is always quick and effective. Thank you!

Amazing. Sean answered my call late on a Sunday after a desperate (unsuccessful!) attempt to eradicate a yellow jackets infestation ourselves. He was able to come out, same day, and spray. He also gave us some great tips on how to avoid the situation in the future. I initially called to just eliminate yellow jackets but was happy to pay for quarterly service for all bugs and mice. When he came out he was super professional and kind; would higher him 1000x over.
