We really enjoyed meeting Dr Samuel’s and our first appt, but have run out of medication, left many messages, can’t get anyone to pick and am extremely frustrated. In addition, the portal they use is not helpful when your code doesn’t work and the tech support number does not work!
I’m writing this with deep frustration and concern. I booked an appointment for my 3-month-old daughter with high hopes of receiving the care she needs. After the appointment was scheduled, I was called and informed that the doctor wouldn’t be available in person, and it would need to be done virtually.
