My family and I adore Dr. Pearce and Naomi. Her Secretaries, Chris and Erma, and the rest of her staff, are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Pearce and Naomi have helped me tremendously with my children. If I’ve ever needed to contact her after hours—she has always called me back instantly after calling her answering service. Dr. Pearce, Naomi, and her office staff felt like our family—they’ve always made us feel comfortable.
Horrible place. Pediatrician leaves without notice. Try to make an appointment with another Pediatrician and they refer me to urgent care. Shut this place down already!
Dr. Pearce has been a joy since 2013 when I had my first child. She greeted me with a smile at St. James Chicago Heights location about being my child pediatrician. I have since had a second child and she is still as warm and embracing as day one.
Dr. Pearce is a WONDERFUL doctor. She’s caring, patient and understanding. She never makes you feel rushed and ensures and respects your opinion on your child’s care. She was my kids’ pediatrician when they were little and now my young nephews go to her. I highly recommend her to anyone with kids.
She and her staff are so kind with my son. Shes always been a text away when we really needed her. I am so grateful to have found her.
