Waited for over an hour and still had no one communicate with us. I had to ask how to get service, since it was my first time. Watched another customer walk out due to waiting too long. After half an hour, I started to look at Google reviews to see what the deal was. Absolutely unacceptable to respond to complaints from potential customers and say you will make things better and still have no better greeting, wait time, overall customer service, or general good manners to people. Poor customer service. We walked in without an appointment and sat waiting while several other people who came in after us were attended to before my son and husband. We also watched a few barbers leave without saying anything. No one acknowledged us, let us know there would be a wait, or explained the situation. A little communication and customer service would have gone a long way.
Don’t go to the female barber. If you schedule an appointment most the time she isn’t ready at the time you schedule for. Was super unprofessional. Feels a way when people cancel on her last minute but how about when people show up to there appointment and you have to wait 20 plus minutes because SHE isn’t ready.
