Great Food, Great Music, Great Staff, Great Place! – I love Francesco's and highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for great Italian food. The portions are large, so be ready for left overs! The staff is ready to accommodate any questions or specific needs and are very friendly. They make sure their customers are well taken care of from the moment they sit down. Won't be going back. – I've been to Franchesco's several times and was there again over the weekend, which will be my last visit. I called around 6:45 to see if there were any open reservations for the evening and was shocked by the rude person answering the phone (later found out it was the owner). Went anyway without a reservation and did end up getting seated and served. The food was average at best, small portions, pricey, and the service was not on par with the pricing. My Favorite Restaurant! – I've been to Francesco's many times in the past could of months and I love it! Although the restaurant is somewhat smaller than other places in Hartford, so a reservation is needed, the food is great, the staff is friendly and the chef is willing to make your food just the way you want it! The lounge in the back is really fun for saturday nights, and I think that people should really make an effort to try it!! I would recommend it to anyone.
Great service, food, & entertainment – Been several times recently on Saturday nights- you need a reservation and it's worth it. Staff is curteous and goes out of their way to make you happy. After you eat, they will reserve you a table in the lounge area where there is live entertainment, and by 10/10:30, everyone is dancing. Always have a great experience here, highly recommended.
