I really wanted to like this place. I've been to Claremore a dozen times. I always pass by and thought I'd stop in with some of my family. It was a group of us. We ordered Fettuccine Alfredo (Shrimp & Scallops) Fettuccine Alfredo (Shrimp & Crab), Lasagna & some other dish I cannot remember. We were supposed to get salads - never came - HOWEVER. Had dinner here last night, I’ve been here before and thought it was fine. The decorations are old and dusty, no music playing at all, pretty awkward atmosphere.. and when we went to check out, the desk girl said she didn’t have our ticket, the waitress did. The waitress made eye contact with us standing up there, and proceeded to begin taking an order for a six top. We stood waiting for five minutes to get checked out. I come here often and every time the food is absolutely incredible and the staff are always so friendly great atmosphere all together an absolutely wonderful place. 09/08/26 Adding to my review I stopped in tonight after work to pick up my order. I got there sooner than I expected so my food wasn’t ready yet which isn’t a big deal at all as I was waiting I started talking with the ladies working and they were extremely friendly. It’s so nice to meet people like that couldn’t ask for any better of a place to go

Tonight we celebrated our 21st Anniversary at Francesco's. The food was absolutely fabulous. We've been EVERYWHERE and have not had any Italian food as satisfying as this. We had salad, appetizer, entrees and dessert. Nothing disappointed us. Santi was our waitress. She's fantastic! She did not rush us neither did she neglect us. We felt like we could enjoy each other and our meal to the maximum. It's been a long time since we visited here. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great experience.
