Worst haircut ever. He pushed my hairline back and took too long. Would not recommend!
So I had a horrible cut at first choice at Elmvale acres that left me upset and regret as they didn't follow through with reference photos of my own hair!!! So I was at Carlingwood mall and thought to pop in here and ask if it's fixable.....well Carlos fixed my hair to how i wanted it and brought back confidence in myself! So Carlos I'll be seeing you again when it's time for a trim!! Thanks for helping me you're a god sent 🩷
My last experience was not a good one..will not be back. It cost me $250 plus tip and I could not use my credit card. It is dry and difficult to style myself. It was way too short at back I did not want it that short. He did not want to listen to me about the coloring. I went back and left my phone number he did not call. The management did not support me.

Been going here for more years than I can remember. This last year had a chance to meet Jerry. We are 3 haircuts in... together and I can not possibly relay just how happy I am with him. Everyone that works there is beyond good. Sometimes a change over the years is nice.
