Wonderful flowers. So abundant and beautiful. Perfect colours. They were on time for pickup. Even had them loaded in a cart ready to take to my car. Would purchase here again.
Francesca’s always on point, And always delivers a great package for the money spent. I'm so disappointed with my order. Before going into the negative, I'll start with the positives. The delivery was on-time and prompt, which I appreciate. The lady who dropped it off - which I'm assuming is Francesca? - was nice but that doesn't really help me. I ordered a flower arrangement online specifically for it's design and white rose sprays but the designer took some creative liberty without contacting me. This was my second experience at Francesca's Flower shop and she does a wonderful job each time! I made an online order for delivery to a friend and the flowers turned out even better than the example photo on the site. I am beyond happy that I found this shop in my neighborhood as I know I can trust Francesca to always provide fresh product. Amazing service by the owner, Francesca. I was ordering flowers for a friend who had just lost a family member and Francesca went above and beyond to accommodate my requests in the middle of a busy time (Valentine’s Day) and snow storms!She understood the sensitivity of the circumstances and made my experience seamless.
