Delicious, fresh ingredients cooked superbly well. The main dining room is too crowded with tables and chairs for comfort. Friendly waitstaff.
Had a very disappointing experience. Food not as good as it used to be. Won't be back to this location in St. Charles. We had a better meal at the Barrington location last year.
Just phenomenal! Geneieve Lewis and I were very satisfied with everything!

Maybe because it was Friday or maybe lots of people ordered fish but we had an early reservation for dinner. Not very many people in the restaurant when we got there. The STRONG smell of fish greeted us at the door! What a turn off. The wait staff was ok. I ordered the fettuccine primavera con gamberi which had a whopping 3 shrimps! So if you're looking for a shrimp dish pass on this one. The restaurant was cold and I kept my jacket on throughout the meal. Sorry to say Francesca's did not meet my expectations.
