I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Francesca Tschorn the audiologist at ENT in Yorktown NY. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that she was completely clueless about my implant and seemed disinterested in learning about it. Despite my attempts to explain my unique situation, she brushed off my concerns with a dismissive attitude.
