I've been going to this location through all the owners for mani/pedi's. However my reason for 2 starts is because the owner Andy can be moody and you never know if you will meet nice or rude Andy when you come in. my last visit met with rude Andy who threw my credit card at me when I requested to pay before polish. If you prefer a relaxing pleasant atmosphere , it's not guaranteed here. Too bad.
