This review is for Dr. Diggs, not WellMed, nor the office staff involved at that facility. They have just gone through a corporate buyout so the transition is a little painful, all are. Regarding Doctor Diggs: Attentive, personable, medically quick and adept at her craft. I’ve had exactly two doctors in 45+ years before Doctor Diggs. Both retired. I've been seeing Dr. Diggs for several years now and I've always had nothing but pleasant experiences, both with Dr. Diggs herself and the folks at the front desk answering my questions and helping me with refills. Everyone at the office has always been courteous and patient with me. I really appreciate Dr. Diggs' willingness to take the time to hear out concerns and really dig in to possible underlying causes. My husband and I truly love Dr. Diggs, she’s kind, knowledgeable, and really takes her time with patients. Unfortunately, the office staff is incredibly difficult to work with. Our insurance recently changed, and it took two full days and multiple calls and messages to finally get his blood pressure medication refilled only after 5 PM today did the prescription finally get called in. I love Dr. Diggs so much! She listens attentively and truly works with you to find the best care solutions. After years of feeling like doctors weren’t hearing me, Dr. Diggs worked to find the right diagnosis and treatment options. She’s also warm and has a great sense of humor which puts me at ease. Super grateful for her!
Dr. Diggs is a great doctor. She is warm and personable. Her staff is terrible. They take days and multiple phone calls to do simple prescriptions, referrals, etc. Today i stood at the counter in tremendous pain and was turned away. They are some of the most uncaring people I have ever encountered. If you have similar experiences please report them to the medical board.
