Not a professional or respectful place. I called the day before and scheduled a haircut for 9am on Sunday, with Maria. When I arrived, Maria wasn't there and the people who were there just shrugged and said I could wait for 5-10 minutes until another stylist showed up. 15 minutes later, no one had arrived. I left the shop. No one bothered apologizing to me, or in any way interacting with me. Avoid this place.

Hello, I’m writing to formally complain about a haircut I received at your salon and to request a refund for the service. I specifically asked for a wolf cut with texture and showed the stylist a reference photo to clearly communicate what I wanted. Unfortunately, the result was nothing like the request. The stylist cut my hair much shorter using scissors, did not confirm or ask about the length beforehand, and did not add any of the texture or layering shown in the reference photo. Extremely pleasant experience going to this salon for a men’s haircut! Stylists are very competent and pay attention to every detail.
