Hello, I’m writing to formally complain about a haircut I received at your salon and to request a refund for the service. I specifically asked for a wolf cut with texture and showed the stylist a reference photo to clearly communicate what I wanted. Unfortunately, the result was nothing like the request. The stylist cut my hair much shorter using scissors, did not confirm or ask about the length beforehand, and did not add any of the texture or layering shown in the reference photo. Extremely pleasant experience going to this salon for a men’s haircut! Stylists are very competent and pay attention to every detail.
Terrible service! First chair on the left the lady was extremely rude and has a very bad attitude. I don’t recommend this place due to this unfortunate experience ! 11/2/24
