Frances Wiggins is a great dentist ! She is very kind and gentle. When I need to get a novacane injection I dont feel a thing!! I actually have to ask " did you give me the injection yet?" I never feel any pain for that matter. I have recomend Dr. Wiggins to all my friends and family members!!
