She’s an excellent provider. Very knowledgeable, caring and supportive. She’s helped me through some of the hardest times of my life.

She is extremely unresponsive, she doesn’t return calls, emails, she doesn’t fill prescriptions in a timely manner nor does she do prior authorizations on time. She in a position where people rely on her for help and she turns her back on them. I’d be better off checking myself into a mental institution due to having to operate without my medications.
When my son and I arrived for his very first appointment, they were closed. Why didn't we get a call to let us know they wouldn't be there?!!!!!! I took off time from work to take my son. Very unprofessional!!! I took him elsewhere. Ridiculous.
Ms. Hick is a very special person and is awesome in her field. I have experienced good personalities of specialty Doctor's, Nurse's, and Physician Assistants with all 3 of the areas healthcare systems and I could search the world over and over and I would never find such an attentive, friendly and down to earth professional. Keep up the good work my friend.
