Horrible the Very Worse Italian Food Imaginable. I love Italian food and have been to Italy many times. This place is the worse I have ever experienced and my dinner guests agreed. Truly the worse!
great service We never have to wait for a table or our food at Francelli's, even if they are busy. Everyone from the hostess to busboys to the waiters are attentive to every customer. The food is usualyl hit or miss. Sometimes really great, sometimes just so so. The prices are good, and we've been going here with family for years now, and will keep coming back.
Family atomsphere The service is nice. The food is good, and price is right. We didn't care for the pizza but the pasta dishes are great. Very casual and family friendly.
Very good After reading some negative reviews online I was hesitant, but we had an Entertainment coupon so we'd give it a try since we were going to the Long Beach Shakespeare Theatre for a show. If it comes in a can, it's worth $5.99, all you can eat This is a smorgasbord, piles of nondescript pastas with three choices of sauces. Need to fill your gullet with multiple carbs? Here's the place.
Didn't care for it. I have driven by Francellis many times and always saw many diners so I thought it must be good. How ever was I wrong. I ordered the raviolis and garlic bread only to find over boiled raviolis swimming in a tomato sauce that was like water. The meat raviolis were flavorless and not worth eating. So bland that I threw them out. The garlic bread was greasy. It was more like Texas Toast that will just sit in the stomach for days upon days. Since then, I have not returned to Francellis nor do I plan to.
Francelli's has a 4.2 star rating with 115 reviews.
Francelli's is closed now. It will open on Monday at 9:00 a.m.
