DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, WASTE OF MONEY, GO WERE THEY CARE! RUDE, INHUMANE & UNPROFESSIONAL. So after 15 years of being patients my mom and me. I ended up in the hospital with an emergency on my release they told me it was urgent to go to my obgyn, I called to make an appntmt and they acted weird not scheduling or even talk to me, even being an emergency. I asked what was wrong. They said they couldn't tell me on the phone, they never answered again. And treated us horribly!
Impossible to get someone on the phone. Then they cancel appointment day before. After rescheduling, took almost 4 weeks (and counting) to get results of ultrasound over to primary doctor. Both doctor and myself have been calling. only positive was quick wait time. Not on top of stuff at all.
I am a snowbird .In 2014 I had a medical problem. I went to the ER at Holy Cross Hospital. The physician there sat on the nurses desk ,looked at my chart and told me what was wrong. Well,he was so wrong. The problem persisted and my hair stylist recommended Dr. Bourget. I had a physical exam which included a sonogram. It revealed a mass in my uterus. Since I was going home in a few days I opted to see my gynecologist. It was cancer.Dr Bourgets expertise saved my life.
I had Confidence in this Dr. unfortunately her office over billed me 245 dollars I ask for a refund 6 times in person and via the phone never resolved . Also had yearly pap scheduled a year in advance staff called and ask me to reschedule because they were closing the office for one month . Dr never returned calls even after I spoke with office staff and my own personal Dr called her on her cell and ask her to please return my calls. I have lost all confidence in this Dr.Bourget .
Dr. Bourget really takes her time with you, talks things out, and eases concerns. She shows great personal interest. Her office is extremely friendly, clean, and comfortable, it feels more like a spa then a worn out medical clinic setting. If something is seriously wrong, she is not just a fantastic Doctor, but also a tremendous person to have by your side.
