Totally pleased and impressed with France and Son. Customer support and service staff were always helpful and prompt in answering any questions. Products arrived exactly as described and tracking was provided. Superb quality and service!
By far the worst company of any kind that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Horrible communication throughout the entire buying/shipping process and ended up delivering the wrong sofa. They acknowledged it was the wrong sofa, but refused to take it back upon delivery and instead insisted on picking it up a week later. Threatened to not process a refund unless I complied with the later pick up date. Save yourself the headache, look at similar reviews, and completely avoid France & Son.

Extremely sketchy and dishonest company. I ordered an item from France & Son that was supposed to arrive within a few weeks. After placing the order and paying for shipping, I was informed that the item was backordered and wouldn’t be shipped for 2-3 months—this was never mentioned during the checkout process, which felt very misleading.
