Extremely sketchy and dishonest company. I ordered an item from France & Son that was supposed to arrive within a few weeks. After placing the order and paying for shipping, I was informed that the item was backordered and wouldn’t be shipped for 2-3 months—this was never mentioned during the checkout process, which felt very misleading. Good place to deliver load
I spoke w/ Elizabeth at France&Son and she was so courteous, professional and helpful. She offered excellent customer service and I am very satisfied with my order (I ordered a high end bed) and with the service. I will not forget France&Son and will purchase furniture again from this company. She was amazing and I so appreciate her.
