This place asked me for a copay, which was paid, and then 3 months later they sent a surprise bill asking for even more money. The same amount as the initial copay. "Hey remember that $180 procedure? In 3 months I'll change my mind and bill you $350 for it retroactively." And their office is closed for the next month for repairs with no way to contact the billing people.
