Stephanie Bell is the best! We had some unusual parameters as we searched for out next home and we had so many questions about how to find the right fit for us. But Stephanie not only had all the answers, she made us feel comfortable about the process by letting us set the pace and goals for our purchase. She has the market knowledge of a long time local, a commitment to her clients that shows in her constant availability, and the calm confidence of a true professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Perfect little clean cottage in a great location on AMI. It was nice to be able to simply walk right out on the beach. We had a great time. Little things to approve on are WiFi, master bedroom floor has soft spots in floor that should be fixed and not many linens. The blankets in closet need washed with more available. Overall, I would still recommend this nice cottage to friends!

Stay here! Proactive, easy, and cheery communication about check-in, awesome location - only a 3 minute walk to the beach, easy walk to quaint restaurants, on the best/quiet part of the island (vs. Holmes or Bradenton, which are nice but busier). Also, the amazing PRIVATE tropical pool setting was perfect for a dip after the beach. Not to mention, this was one of the well-stocked properties we've ever stayed in (and we use VRBO/AirBnB alot!) - including use of bikes, beach cart, beach chairs and umbrella. Perfection.
