Stayed here for a year. You get what you pay for.... sort of. Had termites come out of the walls a couple times swarming inside until they finally fumigated. It's called a 1 bedroom but I would argue it's more of a studio as there is no real bedroom with a door. Also the walls have zero insulation so be prepared to hear your neighbor doing everything...good and bad. Rent is steep in Santa Barbara but I would avoid this place unless you plan to leave within a few months.

Old tiny little places. Small as a closet. Not well insulated. Cold in the winter. Hot in the summer. In colaboration with Thomas Towing, expect many tows. Yes they tow their own tenants without warning. No more warnings, no stickers. Just hundreds of dollars to get your property back. Thats what they conscider progress at Fran, Carla, Tory, Teri and Sesame Tree Apartments. Its just your money. The manager gives out the wrong address here. The real address is 527 W. Alamar. Bad ways of the owner.
