When I started here, they were amazing. Now, calls aren’t answers, messages not returned, you can’t get appts. I called Monday trying to get an appt. It’s Wednesday and still nothing. Even messaged them Monday and nothing. Called several times and couldn’t get anyone to answer. Ended up at urgent care. I will be leaving this office. I love my doc but if I can’t get in and they can’t get their employees to do their job then there isn’t anything that can be done. Dr Henderson is caring and personable. I never feel rushed. He fit me in yesterday for a post auto accident, hospital ER follow up. Even though he had a full schedule and he would be gone rest of the week. At my first visit, I told him my prior pcp (retired) would be a tough act to follow. We’ll, Dr H has exceeded my expectations.
I have been seeing Dr. Frampton Henderson III since September 2016 and have been a patient with Palmetto Primary since 2011. Dr. Henderson is A+. He sees me from the inside out. He is compassionate, attentive, takes his time with me and I have always had his full attention during my appointments. If necessary he coordinates all of my other needs with referrals and stays on top of all of it. I have been blessed with many good practitioners however, Dr. Henderson is the best. Dr Henderson is excellent family doctor., however, his staff refuses to pass messages or prescriptions request to the doctor. They apparently bo as they please regardless of what Dr says.
