Chris NPD Novena and she is very very compassionate understanding and helpful as is my therapist
I have seen Michele Lougran for years. My parents saw her. She is by far one of the smartest people I have ever met. She listens and makes a plan for your mental health. I would recommend her to everyone as long as I continue to still have my appointments!!!
The front desk personnels i would not even give them a 0 .5 rate. The lady Judy and the rest of them are rude... We emailed our new insurance for the New year and we were not informed that they are not in network. So what's the point of even sending it to them in the first place when we send it to them and would be charge for the whole amount. That is just so deceptive to not inform your clients that one is not in network.
I have been going here for years simply because I NEED to. My NP is nice but the office staff is SO rude and SO snippy. She interrupted me to tell me that nothing else was available. I apologized but excuse me, this is a place for people who struggle with their mental health. Be nice.
