Everyone on staff treats you like family! The care is outstanding and has gone beyond my expectations! If you’re going to spend New Years in a Hospital, this one is it!! The compassion and kindness of the people who work here makes all the difference!!
Excelente atendimento para exames de mamografia.
The ER and ICU doctors and nurses got my 92 year old Mom through a serious heart attack and related infections this week. She was found unresponsive on Sun. Amazingly, she moved to rehab Thurs night. Still weak and on oxygen but alert and in good spirits. We are so grateful for her MetroWest care.
Recently was at Metro West Medical ER and the service was Great. Keep up the good work ...wonderful staff and made me feel you care. Mary
The OB I worked with was amazing (Dr. Acocella) 5/5. Many of the nurses were great too 5/5. The maternity ward was "ok" 3/5 stars (cold food at every meal, older hospital). Some of the doctors and nurses in the post delivery ward had TERRIBLE bedside manner. And I absolutely do NOT recommend the staff in the ER. They didn't appear to be "trauma-informed" caregivers...and training in that department would be beneficial to all patients.
