This hospital is not a place to have a baby if you want to be safe and have your baby be safe I wouldn't deliver a baby at this hospital .. they let my daughter's baby fly out of her and hit the floor. Didn't even act like they cared they told my daughter she couldn't even scream when she was pushing made her deliver naturally told her the doctor wasn't around to give her an epidural made my daughter hold the baby in for an hour until the doctor came around.
I recently received an orthopedic surgical service at MWMC, at the time of pre-registration, they attempted to collect the estimate of the service (copay plus deductible of $675) upfront which I did not oblige. After the service was rendered, WMMC sent me a mail to collect the estimated co-pay of $275.00 a few weeks later (again, another attempt to collect based on estimates). The staff are fantastic, but the systems are broken. It’s sad to think of this hospital as being “less than”........I grew up in Framingham and up until recently had full faith in the institution. Not anymore. After two hospital visits this month with my husband, I am not impressed with their care. The staff are overworked. Very sad! I received a call from a case worker that wasn’t related to my husband - she shared with me she is covering two floors of patients....how sad. RecommendedAbsolutely one of the best places to go. Very prompt and knowledgeable staff . Yes some nurses learn the most here but that’s the same as ANY hospital. This place is great and the way they treat people is warming. Keep up the good work and we are all very proud of everyone in that building during this crisis. Please tell them all THANK YOU! 💜💘💜
I am heartbroken. My very dear grandfather Alexander Kimelfeld passed away yesterday due to complications after covid-19. That added 1 more to the daily count...We were not allowed to be physically with him during his last moments...but the hospital staff was, they helped us connect with him virtually to say last words while they held his hand till his last breath. My friend Dr. Sun Lishi is a doctor in the lung health center of this hospital and has been working here for 3 years. Her job was the most dangerous job in the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic. I haven't seen her for many years since she went to study medicine at the University of Texas. I am very worried about her safety. I hope she can take care of herself and treat as many patients as possible and help more people. God bless my friends safety and health, God bless America! Hope she can see this message.
I can’t be thankful enough for the surgical daycare staff and nurses today. I had back surgery today and the nurses staff doctors and physician assistants were better than I ever imagined. I am home resting and recovering from surgery and I would have never been able to be this hap and comfortable without them Dr. Shapur Ameri so grateful for you and you definitely are the best neurosurgeon.
