While for the most part the staff and vets seem very nice, my 3 experiences here were less than desirable. Too many staff members and miscommunication lead to one too many issues with regard to my dogs. The vet did not do a dental check on my senior dog (to me a no brainer) when doing a wellness exam. They insisted my dogs needed rabies when in fact I proved they were up to date on all vaccines. In the end, my proof was valid but just too many cooks in the kitchen for my liking. We have been going to Framingham animal hospital since we moved to this town. We are absolutely blow away by the care and love from everyone at the front desk to the our Doctors! Dokota was so lucky to have Dr. Nord and Dr. Tichy care for him until his last days. Our fur family loves all of you ❤️
I take my dog and two cats here. Dr. Nord and Dr. Carpenter usually take care of us but everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable and kind. I love this place and trust everyone there with my furbabies :)
