The framing establishment is great! The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and creative, their prices are competitive, and as an artist, I appreciate their huge selection.

From the moment my Mother and I walked in, the lady behind the framing counter could not have been more cold, uninviting, put out and extremely rude. We brought in a cross stitch pattern, small, to be framed. When we asked for a bid she was very short with us, and clearly did not want to help us, at all. We will be going back to Jill Rensel studios, from now on. Avoid at all costs!
