You were fantastic. Did the framing on short notice for the funeral and were so gracious! Thank you so much.
From the moment my Mother and I walked in, the lady behind the framing counter could not have been more cold, uninviting, put out and extremely rude. We brought in a cross stitch pattern, small, to be framed. When we asked for a bid she was very short with us, and clearly did not want to help us, at all. We will be going back to Jill Rensel studios, from now on. Avoid at all costs!
