I came in a bit disconcerted after Jo Ann's had failed to deliver on a framing job. This team was positive, helpful, and got it done in one day. It was seriously cheaper than Jo Ann's discount rate. Other customers were treated as well as I was. The staff works as a team for the customer. Great Job Folks.
As I was breaking down the shipping box this morning I noticed there were no shipping labels anywhere on the outside... then I realized these must have been hand delivered. Wow. What service.
