Doug & Shaun are a delight to work with! This was my first time getting professional framing and they were patient, helpful & honest. I had 10 paintings framed and they turned in around way faster than estimated. Framing By Design will always have my business!
Went to them with questions about a canvas painting of my grandmother. They were very professional, handled my artwork with care, and I was impressed with their work. Will be back for other projects.

I was in in March of 2023 I found the staff person to be extremely rude and abrupt! Their hours are very unusual, and the parking situation is not the best. As far as the work it took longer than expected, and the mat was stained/dirty, and there is dust caught underneath the glass. I also found the price for their quality of work to be expensive. I would’ve taken it back but given the rude experience. I though better than to expose myself to their type of customer service again. I would look elsewhere! Check out the photos
