Their bleach is horrible! It swells up almost instantly, and doesnt have a good consistency-sometimes it feels as if there is sand in there even after vigorous mixing without any metal... maybe it was a standard 20 years ago? Sometimes permanent color line smells awful when it first comes out of the tube; also upon application when cross checking you can see how the color actually lifts up Away from scalp, which can be fixed by hitting these spots over and over again. The Color Lover line is amazing! So are their products! We sell so much of their retail cause we are a witness to their product line. Anyhoo, sad to say that I’m disappointed in their Glamour color line to cover grays. I’m not sure what’s going on. Can’t be my measurements cause I already use a scale and I’m not being skimpy on saturation. Suggestions?
Their shampoo & conditioner for colored hair made my hair super oily. I tried adding a little more shampoo before that, because I figured that I wasn’t putting enough in & it just made my hair even more oily & gross looking. $20 wasted
