Initially all went well and they resolved my issues, so I signed up for the service contract. They show up for service contract multiple times with no appointment, while I am at work!! I have animals, so they couldn't do the service, and charge me for it anyway!!! Trying to speak to the office lady is like talking to someone from a foreign country, so of course nothing gets resolved...
