Great results . . . I had a chalk drawing of my daughter framed at Frames by 3 at this location. I'd never had anything professionally framed before so this was a new experience. The results, done on time, were excellent. The price was a bit shocking, but now I know that it is on par for custom framing. Service was nice when it was your turn, but sometimes the people in front of you have take a bit too much time. :) PROS: Quality. CONS: Parking on the street.
