Absolute nightmare. Phones always changing, not answering. Communication awful. Woman in office has no idea what she is doing.. Emails get lost, unanswered. FAX doesn't work. Years ago the service was superb with Ben and never a problem.
Do not use these people, the review was written by the owner himself. He lies regarding promises he makes, and quality of the items he sells. The customer service was horrible, the girl could not answer any questions about the services or time frames.
This place is huge it has a great selection of frames from all over the world The building takes the entire block up and takethe best way to get into the building is on Kensington Place not billard street. Kensington Place is the back of the building but is actually where the frame shop is and the offices. Primarily a wholesale distribution company to the picture framing trade but also offer custom framing at unbelievably prices. I would recommend these guys to anybody.
