Amazing team, about a month back I put super glue in my eye while working, they took me right away made sure I was comfortable. Dr Prete is amazing looked at my eye and made sure I had everything I needed. Came back again today to pick up my glasses amazing team would highly recommend them.
ON THE 5TH I WENT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND ALSO SHOWED THEM MY PASSPORT. RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM. WELL TO MY SHOCK THEY PUT DOWN MY WRONG NAME. I EXPLAINED WHO I AM ON MY PASSPORT. I THOUGHT FOR SURE THEY WOULD SAY SORRY TO ME. NOTHING, SO THAT TELLS ME THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CLIENTS. NO APOLOGIES FROM THE OFFICE. GLAD I CANCELED. TELLS ME WHAT KIND OF DOCTORS THEY REALLY ARE. The doctors are professional but one lady wanted to argue with me about glasses being ready. Unprofessional.
I have used Dr Lukenchuk for 25+ years and he is truly outstanding. I was there yesterday and saw Dr Pret. Excellent service and advice as well. You can trust this unit and let them look after you.
I haven't had an eye exam yet, but my sister has and is happy. I do want to commend Erin for helping me find the perfect Silhouette blue frame that I have always wanted. And with sapphire blue Transitions lenses coated with Ionblu, it turned out perfect. Thanks so much, Erin😁
