Had an amazing experience in store with an expert named Elliot! We went in with three pieces and Elliot was so helpful in pulling different options of matting and frames to help us achieve some fun looks. Can't wait to receive our framed art!
I had a fantastic experience with Adam and the entire staff at Framebridge. They were excellent, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. I got two artworks framed and they look amazing. They even invited me to their art pop-up event to showcase my work, and they were so eager to help me promote my art. It is rare to find such a supportive and encouraging team—I highly recommend them!
I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with this location! I’ve came in twice to frame family related photos and memorabilia, and both times the staff have been super friendly and helpful. Zi helped me both times with my orders and made the process extremely smooth and easy, but I haven’t met anyone there that wasn’t kind or extremely knowledgable when it comes to design. I will definitely be using their services again especially here in Palo Alto!
I had such a great experience at the Framebridge in Palo Alto. Adam and Jeffrey were so patient and helpful in helping me select a mat and a frame for my pieces. I absolutely will be back for future framing needs!
We had a lot of different types of pieces to frame and not a great idea of how to go about it - Adam at the Palo Alto store walked us through everything and was so incredibly helpful! He was terrific and everything turned out so much better than it would have without his guidance!
