I cannot say enough great things about my experience from start to finish with Frame Warehouse, specifically with Paul and Ava! I went to 3 other frame stores before I found them. I brought in a large textile that I wanted framed and every other store I went to found an obstacle with everything due to the size of the piece. I needed a painting framed in a day and they came through!
Had a really nice painting but the frame glass broke. This place custom cut a really nice clear glass for me and replaced it in five minutes with pricing really comparable to online. On top of that they were so careful with the measurements and painting itself. They also have me a few free extra hooks because we were hanging out in a new place. I'll 100% be back. The owner is so nice.
The service at Frame Warehouse is top notch!! Alec is always friendly and helpful. Recently, there was a miscommunication about when my frames would be ready so they were hand delivered to me on a Sunday. Always great frames with excellent customer service. And, repeat customers get a discount!!
