Picture frames were perfect and great quality! They were great to answer questions before I ordered, they responded quickly.
Frames were lovely! Just what I wanted- I was looking for a thin, simple edge of a custom size and this filled that goal.
Products were damaged . Twenty frame order. One of two cartons was severely damaged. Unsure where or how but exterior of carton taped up. Of ten frames in the box only one did not have glass particles rattling inside the frame.In the second carton, frames had shifted and had been sliding inside the carton.In both cartons, the frames were not secured and were able to move laterally within the box. Frames are being returned. In a previous order of one frame, it was received intake but it was packed much better than this order.

The frame kit arrived quickly and was well packaged. The color is exactly what I had hoped it would be. While I've not yet assembled it, it appears to be just what I need.
Great price for a custom mat and frame. Delivered in the expected timeframe. The frame was packed well so the glass did not get damaged in transit.
