Shan and Carla are the absolute best! I was given this gorgeous Frank Stack art as a gift and took it straight to The Frame Shop. Unfortunately, I was greeted by an empty store when I arrived and could not find an employee for several minutes. When I found one (by alerting someone in the hallway) I received poor customer service. Very frustrating.
I had finished a major piece of counted cross stitch (19 inches by 20 inches) to be framed. I'm new to Columbia and interviewed several framers before I selected The Frame Shop on Orr Street. Shan did a great job on the piece so I brought in a second piece (equally large) and he did a wonderful job on that, too. He's very helpful in selecting the frame that will suit the piece.
