We had a great experience with Frame Restoration. David was super easy to work with and very responsive from day 1 to the end. The crew did a excellent job installing our new roof and cleaning up the mess. It took less than 2 weeks from David knocking on our door to having a finished roof. We will definitely be referring them and using them next time

Dealing with Josh was great. He came well recommended and he did not disappoint! He was patient and helpful as we worked through the process of what needed to happen and on our time table. He was never pushy. And super helpful / knowledgable in working through the insurance. On install day, and follow up Josh was very present to make sure all went as smooth as possible. He is very knowledgeable about roofing and the process, making him a wonderful project manager in this business! 5-stars for sure! No qualms at all, abo... read more

Even though my project was relatively small, the team treated it with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail as a much larger job. They were responsive, showed up when they said they would, completed the work on schedule, and did a fantastic job. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. It's clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. I highly recommend them for any roofing or construction needs.

I recently had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience, especially the customer care I received from Casey and Jace. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. They took the time to explain the process, answered every question without rushing, and kept me informed at each step. Their follow‑through was excellent, and it was clear they truly care about their customers—not just the job. The roof looks great, but the standout for... read more

My husband normally handles any home repairs, but he has been out of town for work, so I was worried about dealing with a roofing issue on my own. From the very first inspection (which they did for free), they made me confident that everything would be taken care of. The team was patient and never made me feel overwhelmed or pressured. They kept me updated throughout the project and completed the work much faster than I expected. It was such a relief to work with a company that was professional, responsive, and genuinely car... read more
