I would like to start by saying that 2 of the women working there were actually very nice/helpful. Be wary of the one who either is the manager/thinks she is the manager (dark hair and glasses). She is nice until there is an issue then she becomes rather unprofessional and places the blame on you if you are not satisfied with how the framing turned out.
