Dallas is so lucky to have Frame of Mind!!! What a welcoming, calming, beautiful space to experience top notch care. Dr. Payton is truly phenomenal and cares so deeply. He takes the time to understand where you’re at and ensures you feel heard and seen. During the adjustment, he explains every move he makes and always makes sure you feel safe. It’s hard to find doctors that take the time and energy to create such a safe space and this is one I will continue to go to and tell my friends and family about!

Dr. Payton is indisputably the most caring and thoughtful doctor I’ve ever seen. I was skeptical of seeing a chiropractor initially because I didn’t know much about it, but Dr. Payton made me feel comfortable and he explained every step of the process beautifully. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than I recommend him!

Dr. Payton is phenomenal. I feel so safe with him in our appointments, and I always feel way more calm and open. He’s excellent at seeing you as a whole person, mind body and soul. When you walk in you can just tell you’re in the right place. Truly a one of a kind chiropractor!
