I had 3 family treasures that I wanted framed. They needed special handling and I didn't feel comforable putting them in the hands of the "Big Box" frame shops. Frame Central explained exa xxx toy how they would be handled and were very reasonably priced for custom work. I was thrilled when I received the call that they were ready for pick-up (3 days ahead of schedule, too!) I was very impressed with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. I went in there with a water color that I wanted to frame and give as a Christmas gift. The employee that acknowledged me was very pleasant and worked with me to pick out framing and what we first picked out was beyond my budget but she worked with me to bring the cost down quite a bit. They were prompt with getting the framing done and I picked it up yesterday and it is really nice. Framing can be expensive but they work with you to make it affordable for you purchase I would highly recommend them

Super helpful and resourceful. Sean and Kiera (sp?) and gang worked to come up with a clever solution to my unusual framing challenge. I had a very special, long and narrow print by a Cuban artist that I'd hoped could be framed to keep the back visible, too. Very tricky! First ideas for that were crazy expensive and I couldn't go there. Then I went back, wanting to just get it framed even if back couldn't show, and Sean came up with a great solution that was more affordable and I said yes. Great customer service. I wanted to frame a historic picture and stated I was on a budget. The ideas presented to me were in my price range and beautiful options. My experience in other stores has been that the staff leads me out of my budget and I am grumpy by the time I pay the bill. At Frame Central, my budget cap was heard and I still had great options. I love the finished product and cannot wait to give it was a gift!

Frame Central Bethany did an excellent job framing a photo set of (3). Their attention to detail was amazing and their staff very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them to frame your most treasured.
