So, we lived at Framark for four years. Never had a late rent payment. Our last month here, we had an unexpected financial crisis. I told Sermar about it; told them I would keep them posted on what transpires. One day later, I get a threatening typed letter (not a legal document), stating if they don't get their rent (amount was only 288.), we would be evicted. Mind you, they had $790. in deposits. My mother lived here until she got sick. What a wonderful community. The apartments are very comfortable and the people very friendly. Tom, the manager does a great job taking care of the property and is nice to everyone.
