Yuck!! – We read the reviews and we thought it was good, we went there and first they took a loooong time to attend us, they just passed besides us and didn't pay us attention, finally some girl ask what we wnated and we order, they took 1 HOUR!! I am not exagerating, we wait there for one hour to get our food, which by the way wasn't that good, was very salty, very sensible about cheese and sauce, and they didn't cook it long enough, also very expensive!. We are truly sorry for your experience. Our meals do take a long time each one is made to order to allow fo individuality. If you ask for it we will make it. We do not add additional seasoning to our food because my wife is extreemly sensitive to salt. Gourmet Pizza - Best in SA – Having grown up in a very culinary family & being a chef myself, I am highly critical of every aspect of food service. Fralo's is a delight. First, the ingredients are fresh & of the highest quality. They use the best of all the ingredients you are used to: tomatoes, basil, & garlic. Best pizza, Best servers, Best everything – I've been going to Fralos since they've been open and never have I left with a bad taste in my mouth. They've had servers come and go but the same friendly and outgoing attitudes are still there. Frank and Lori pride them self on great service and wonderful food. They'll take time out of a busy friday or saturday night to sit down and get to know their new customers and make them feel like they're part of the "family" that is Fralos. Service is lacking – We visited Fralos for a casual b-day dinner. We arrived at about 7:30 and there were plenty of empty tables outside. We sat ourselves & listened to music. This was the only part of our evening that was enjoyable. It took about 15 min. for a wait person to even greet us. At this point, I am told that I can drive down to Rudy's to get beer as they cannot sell it- I understand city ordinances. First, I'm sorry you we were unable to meet your expectations. That evening was one of those nights; a lot of things went lacking. We adopted a corking fee after several of our customer's recommendations. I am sorry you were not aware of this so you were somewhat inconvenienced. Great Pizza In San Antonio..No Way!!! – My wife and I love to eat out when the opportunity comes. Wheather it be chillis on a monday night or The Lodge for that special occasion! Last thursday we decided to go to Fralos. We were greated by our waitress who promptly opened our bottle of wine and started us off with a baked chevre. For our entree we ordered the Pozzi pizza. top pizza in sa – when im in the area this pizza is our lunch and have no wait.I know all the sa pizza and they are in the top 3.I'm Italian and very picky about pizza.I like to call first to make sure I don't waste time (very busy guy)and whether we eat there or go to the job It's always perfect!

Very slow service over priced food – I love the outside tables, but we waited one hour for pizza! The server was not around enough and ti was overpriced, our pizza was $25. I don't mind paying that much, but I should have GREAT service to go along with it. I will not be back.

I agree! You should always have the best service possible. This should never depend on time of day or how busy we are. Could you tell me what day you dined so that i can speak to my servers. We do have over an hour wait for our meals when the kitchen is busy becuase we do not pre-prepare any of our meals - everythng is made to order. Not Looking to Return – My significant other took me to Fralo's on a beautiful Sat. evening in early May. The very first thought I had was, "Pea gravel?" The gravel kept getting stuck in my shoes and I noticed other people having the same problem. People (servers included) also kick up gravel as they walk by your table, which got the legs of my pants dirty, and is a constant annoyance. The second problem here was the service.
