We have used Frankey’s for several years & the service has gone down tremendously. 4 weeks ago I took my husbands clothes in & realized there was a stain on one of the shirts. I asked if I needed to take it with me, wash it & bring it back they told me no, they could get it out. When I picked the clothes up, I realized ther was a hole where the stain was. I took a pair of pants in December to get a button put back on. They can’t find them and I’ve been told 4 times the manager will call me to replace them. Not one returned call and it’s now almost March! Piss poor service. They have also put holes in my pants before!
dropped 6 pairs of pants off to have starched and pressed. one of six was done correctly. cashier told me i could leave them with her and she could have redone on monday. really !?

The 1930 and 1940 census lists grandpa Virgil FRAKEY as a presser in a dry cleaning establishment. Now three generations later the Frakeys still offer the best in dry cleaning backed by the family's long time and extensive experience. It don't get better than this.
