We requested they bring leak detection equipment, they did not. We already knew the leak was between the water meter and shutoff valves. This is their invoice. What do you think is fair when they accomplished nothing? * Inspected for leak at water meter area. * Closed shut off valve at main line, water meter kept moving indicating a leak. * Cut section of the pipe near the water meter to test. Hot water failed and leaking everywhere at 9am. Contacted them and got fast service by 10am. Professional and friendly. They are the best. Honest with integrity. No pressure and great price. Traditional water heater broke and the converted system to tankless in 5 hrs which included new gas hookup and got Jose Electrical for the electrical installation. I recommend them for everyone.
