I’ve received no case updates at all. Communication has been nonexistent, and it’s unacceptable.
I have extensively worked with Fragomen (employer-hired law firm). Overall I had bad experiences but a few good experiences. Please find my review below for different stages of my immigration. 1) H-1B visa transfer: They took 3.5 months only to get an H-1B transfer done. Ideally 2.5 months is more than sufficient time in RFE cases. My H-1B (first term) visa was expiring in 3 months but they did not expedite. I’m giving this 1 star due to a disappointing interaction with the receptionist. I called with a general question and was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. It felt like he didn’t want to be there and cut me off before I could even explain my situation, assuming I was asking about my case. This is not acceptable customer service—especially when some inquiries may be time-sensitive and require immediate assistance. Being told to “just wait for an email” without being heard is frustrating and unprofessional.
I will give it 0 star if I can. The worst service we ever had and it kept delaying us on the work start date.
