I’m giving this 1 star due to a disappointing interaction with the receptionist. I called with a general question and was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. It felt like he didn’t want to be there and cut me off before I could even explain my situation, assuming I was asking about my case. This is not acceptable customer service—especially when some inquiries may be time-sensitive and require immediate assistance. Being told to “just wait for an email” without being heard is frustrating and unprofessional.
I will give it 0 star if I can. The worst service we ever had and it kept delaying us on the work start date.
Please be mindful of Basim Kamal's work quality. Make sure to double-check his work to catch any potential oversights that could lead to costly delays.
